ob Vacancy: Operations Coordinator (Delivery Service)

Location: UAE (Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman / Abu Dhabi)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Delivery Service Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery operations across all cities
• Manage riders’ duty, schedules, attendance & deployment
• Handle Talabat / Deliveroo / Noon / Careem portals
• Monitor performance, delays, fines, and COD issues
• Track bike availability, maintenance & replacement needs
• Communicate with clients for rider requirements & updates
• Follow up on absconding, no-show, emergency & incident cases
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
• Maintain strong coordination with HR, Accounts & Garage teams
• Ensure smooth operations and solve problems quickly

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Delivery Service Operations
• Strong knowledge of Talabat / Deliveroo / Noon / Careem systems
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Urdu)
• Good computer skills (Excel,& Google Sheets, Email, Portals)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams
• Strong follow-up, planning & time-management skills
