About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects, including timelapse camera installations, CCTV services, drone aerial shoots, and maintenance operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and field teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact of the construction site/clients’ logistics etc.
  • Daily checking of cameras/web platform
  • Responsible for the team’s maintenance/installation/removal of time lapse camera/CCTV as per the clients’ requirement
  • Close coordination & communication with the clients regarding pre and post installation as well as regular time lapse camera & CCTV maintenance
  • Handles and plans the team schedule and daily routine
  • Arranges necessary permits & documentation to carry on with the job
  • Coordinates site surveys to determine the service/job scope as a start of the order process
  • Generates method statement to be submitted to the client.
  • Initiates and follow ups the regular camera maintenance/relocation as needed for each site/project
  • Communicates and coordinates drone aerial shoot as well as the necessary documentation
  • Arranges the schedule for the monthly shoot and monthly reports for submission.
  • Generates work completion sheet and other documentation as needed
