Position Overview
Fully responsible for the sales and operations management of photovoltaic bracket business in the North America region, formulate and implement regional sales strategies, lead the team to achieve sales targets, optimize sales and operations processes, enhance team combat effectiveness and market competitiveness, and provide solid support for the company's continuous growth in the North American market.
Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:
Conduct in-depth research on the trends, policies, regulations, competitor dynamics, and customer demands in the North American photovoltaic market. Based on the company's development strategy, formulate the annual sales targets, market expansion strategies, and sales plans for the North American region, and drive their implementation.

- Regularly analyze sales data, evaluate the effectiveness of strategic execution, and promptly adjust strategies to adapt to market changes, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Sales Team Management:
Be responsible for the formation, training, and development of the sales team in the North American region. Establish a performance evaluation system for the team, motivate team members to improve their performance, and build a highly efficient, professional, and cohesive sales force.

- Guide the sales team in customer development, business negotiations, contract signing, and other tasks. Assist in resolving major issues encountered during business expansion.

- Regularly organize team meetings to share sales experiences and market information, and enhance the overall business level of the team.

Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers, partners, and industry organizations in North America. Deeply understand customer needs and provide customized photovoltaic bracket solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Regularly visit core customers, collect customer feedback, promptly coordinate internal company resources to solve customer problems, and promote in-depth cooperation and business expansion with customers.

Sales Operation Optimization:
Optimize the sales operation processes in the North American region, including order management, logistics distribution, and after-sales service, to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with the company's R&D, production, and supply chain departments to drive product optimization and innovation based on market demand feedback in North America, and enhance product market adaptability.

- Be responsible for the formulation and control of regional sales budgets, and rationally allocate sales resources to ensure maximum utilization of resources.

Market Brand Promotion:
Participate in the formulation of brand promotion strategies for the North American market. Organize or participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other market activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence in North America.

- Collect market information and customer feedback to provide decision-making basis for the company's brand building and market promotion.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, mechanical engineering, or related fields.

Over 8 years of sales operation management experience in the photovoltaic industry, including at least 3 years of sales team management experience in the North American region. Familiar with the North American photovoltaic market environment, policies, regulations, and customer characteristics.

Possess rich customer resources and market expansion experience, with successful cases of leading teams to achieve sales targets.

Proficient in sales operation management processes, with acute market insight and strategic thinking abilities, capable of accurately grasping market trends and customer needs.

Excellent business negotiation and communication coordination skills, able to effectively maintain customer relationships and coordinate internal company resources to solve business problems.

Fluent in English for business communication and negotiation, with cross-cultural communication skills.

Proficient in using office software and sales management systems, with strong data statistics and analysis capabilities.
