Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical recent engineering graduate to join our team as an Operations Excellence Consultant. In this role, you will work with diverse clients to analyse their business operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to drive productivity and continuous improvement. This position requires extensive travel and offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in management consulting.

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & telecom, AI Additional priority - MBA (SCM/Operations) / Six sigma Yellow belt certified

Experience – 1 - 2 years in relevant field. (FMCG will be additional advantage)

Salary – As per Industry Standards

Location: Reporting at Navi Mumbai HO (Ready to relocate/ travel to anywhere in India)

Skills & knowledge required for candidate

· Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively to client locations across India (up to 80% of the time).

· Candidate must have sound working knowledge of Operations in manufacturing Industry.

· Must be a keen learner, result- oriented & self-starter.

· Should have idea of supply Chain Managements.

· Should have idea of Manufacture excellence.

· Should have idea of ERP.

· Should have idea of PP&C, Production, Maintenance, Stores, Logistics, Quality, and Purchase.

· Priority Skills:

o Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

o Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.

o A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for learning.

o Should have good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis: Map and analyze client processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

2. Data Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to quantify problems and measure the impact of implemented solutions.

3. Solution Implementation: Collaborate with client teams on-site to implement process changes, streamline workflows, and ensure successful adoption of new systems.

4. Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking deliverables, and preparing status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

5. Client Engagement: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to client management and staff.
