Responsible the operational systems of ABC for both Alcoholic and Nonalcoholic beverages, as well as ensures that the systems are embedded and utilized by the Sales Team in the daily routine of the Sales call.
Work on enabling the maximum utilization of all aspects of the Perfect Execution system in order to achieve a competitive advantage from an Operational point of view.
Functional Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operation of the PE system for AB and NAB
Generate call cards and Top Cards for the Sales Team and TOP team to perform their daily sales visits
Ensure that All call cards are conducted and missed call cards have a valid reason
Implement KPIs on the CRM system
Ensure that the Sales Hierarchy is always updated on the system
Follow up with RSMs to ensure that all outlets are assigned and visited by Sales force
Ensure that the system is reflecting all products, NPIs, POS and assets.
Build and Design the product hierarchy to ensure proper reporting and Analysis system
Embodies on the importance of the proper Execution and the utilization of the Perfect Execution in AB and NAB
Responsible for the operational database of customers and outlets on CRM; Mapping existing outlet universe including key information on CRM.
Ensure data accuracy through ongoing checks, CRM updates and information audit
Ensure that the Organization Assets (Fridges, Draught Machines High Value POS) are clearly reflected and Updated on CRM System
Ensure that the Account Managers are performing their daily visits according to Heineken Steps of the Visits
Educate and train the Account Managers on the Standards Heineken Steps of the visits
Embed the steps of the visits in the daily routines of the Sales Force, ensure an ongoing measurement of the steps of the visits in the Sales Call
Support of Sales Team while utilizing the Perfect Execution System AB and NAB (250 Users)
OpCo Key user of the Perfect Execution, communicate with AME team in regards of all updates, Operational problems on Perfect Execution
First Line Support of the CRM system and ensure that Sales Team are not facing any problems
Handle and follow up all problems and issues.
Escalate and follow up with IT when appropriate
Implement the visit schedules and rooting rules on the CRM to meet the OpCo defined routing rules
Implement the Outlet Standards on CRM for the different channels and priorities.
Ongoing coaching for the Sales Team on the importance of Data accuracy on CRM through regular updates
Leadership Responsibilities:
The job holder is the Perfect Execution expert, he will coach and assist his peers in CRM and system operational techniques and CRM problem solving
Communicate and coach Sales Team on all new updates on Perfect Execution system
Functional Authority:
Update Targets, Products, Products tree and outlet Standards on CRM system.
Updates Operational factors (routes, visits, Call Cards, Top Cards, etc) on CRM
Communication and Work Relationships
Internal:
Sales & Marketing: Deals with Heads of Sales, RSM’s, DM’s, Trade Marketing, Commercial Equipment, Customer Service, Assets Management
HR, Finance, IT: Interacts from time to time to gather information and share outcomes
External:
AME Team: the job holder is the Key User for PE in Egypt
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
university degree from a reputable university in business administration, engineering or a related field
CRM Knowledge
Knowledge and Experience:
4 to 5 years experience in FMCG companies, preferably with sales background
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft CRM dynamics)
Complex Data Management skills
Personal Qualities:
Creative, out of the box thinker, Communication, and following up skills, Hard worker
