Operation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes. Only local candidates should be apply
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations, including but not limited to inventory management, supply chain logistics, and process optimization
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
