We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, coordinating between departments, managing logistics, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and order issues
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve customer complaints or delays
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support
Operational Activities
- Oversee and assist in daily warehouse operations including packing, labeling, and sorting of goods
- Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and dispatch processes
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the packing and sorting area
- Perform quality checks to ensure items are packed according to company standards
- Update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
