Position 1: Operations Executive

Role Overview:
The Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end tour operations, vendor coordination, bookings, and client servicing. The role ensures smooth execution of itineraries and delivery of high-quality travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel, transport, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and transporters for confirmations.
  • Prepare travel documents such as vouchers, itineraries, and booking summaries.
  • Assist and support clients before and during travel.
  • Track booking status, vendor payments, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely execution of services as per itinerary.
  • Handle on-ground operational issues and ensure service quality.
  • Maintain MIS reports, booking sheets, and costing sheets.
  • Support group tours, MICE events, and execution logistics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, & Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under timelines.
  • Experience preferred in travel industry operations.

Position 2: Sales Executive – Travel Company

Role Overview:
The Sales Executive handles travel inquiries, builds customized itineraries, prepares quotations, and converts leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales leads from calls, WhatsApp, emails & social media.
  • Create customized itineraries, quotations & package proposals.
  • Follow up with clients to drive conversions.
  • Promote domestic, international packages & fixed departures.
  • Maintain customer data, records, and upsell additional services.
  • Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & persuasive sales ability.
  • Good knowledge of itinerary planning and costing.
  • Strong follow-up discipline & presentation skills.
  • CRM / Social media marketing experience is an added advantage.
  • Client-focused and target-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
