Operation Executive

Job Title - Operations Executive for Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: 1. Production & Process Management * Coordinate with the Production, Sales Coordinator, Inventory, Logistic team to optimize manufacturing processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management * Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material sourcing. * Track material movement and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery. * Work with vendors and transporters to streamline supply chain operations. 3. Coordination & Communication * Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operations. * Maintain records of operational data and prepare reports for management. * Address and resolve operational challenges proactively. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Any field. * 2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the building materials industry. * Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management. * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, Strong and Effective communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
