Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
Experience in B2B Order Management experience in gold jewellery industry
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail. Should be a critical thinker
Responsibilities
•
Manage and oversee daily operations of the company including product cataloguing, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory management (if any), and quality control.
•
Work with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.
•
Participate with management in identifying and executing efficiency and productivity initiatives.
•
Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales and marketing, to ensure that the company's operations support its overall business goals.
•
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
