Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and workflows
- Coordinate with sales, design, tech, and logistics teams
- Track orders, deliveries, and customer fulfilment status
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Management/Commerce preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines
