Job description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive / Admin to support daily operations and administrative activities for our Maintenance, Construction, and Fit-Out projects. The role involves close coordination with site teams, management, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily maintenance, construction, and fit-out activities.
  • Follow up with site teams on work progress and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, work orders, LPOs, invoices, and reports.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and records.
  • Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and suppliers.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Assist with authority approvals and compliance documentation when required.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role within maintenance, construction, or fit-out companies.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
