*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operation Executive to manage day-to-day operations. The role involves handling driver queries, monitoring trips, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth execution of services. Quick problem-solving skills and strong coordination abilities are essential.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage daily operational activities

Handle and resolve driver queries efficiently

Monitor trips and ensure service quality

Coordinate with drivers for smooth operations

Address operational issues promptly

*Shift & Working Details:*

Rotational shifts (Day / Afternoon / Night)

Night shift compulsory for a minimum of 5 days per month

1 fixed weekly off

Who Can Apply:

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Problem-solving mindset

Experience in operations/logistics preferred (but not mandatory)
