Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Operations Executive to manage operational support activities. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand Hindi content clearly, as customer interactions and system inputs may be in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Read, understand, and respond to Hindi text-based customer requests accurately
Resolve customer issues within defined TAT and service quality standards
Coordinate with internal operations teams for issue resolution
Update customer records and case details accurately in CRM systems
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow SOPs and escalation matrices for complex issues
