Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high service standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor and track ongoing projects and maintenance works
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Handle service requests and ensure proper closure
  • Maintain records of materials, work orders, and site activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations or facility management (Must)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of maintenance/FM operations is an advantage
