Operation Executive (Purchase Executive)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Operation Executive to manage daily operational activities with a strong focus on quotation preparation, purchase order management, and ensuring strict adherence to company systems and procedures. The role requires hands-on involvement and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review quotations and purchase orders
  • Ensure timely processing and accuracy of all operational documents
  • Monitor and ensure system compliance and SOP formation.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and vendors
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for reviews.
  • Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in handling quotations and purchase orders
  • Strong understanding of operational systems and internal processes
  • Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Prior experience of working in supply chain/ operation will be a plus.
  • Ability to ensure discipline and compliance across operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
