Responsibilities

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transportation processes.
• Monitor shipment statuses and troubleshoot any delays or issues that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping schedules, import/export documentation, and tracking information.
• Optimize shipping routes and methods to improve delivery times and reduce costs while adhering to safety standards.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate schedules and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
• Stay updated on international trade policies, tariffs, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
