Operations Director (Head of Operations) — Supply Chain, Fulfillment & CX (Dubai) | Full‑time or Fractional

The role (80/20): Own procurement → production/QA → 3PL/last‑mile → CX to deliver every order on time, in full, profitably.

Key outcomes (90–180 days):

• OTIF ≥ 98%, order accuracy ≥ 99.5%, RTO < 5%, NPS ≥ 60.
• Shipping cost/order ↓ 10–15% via 3PL negotiation, packaging, lane optimization.
• Inventory health: stock‑outs < 2%, aged inventory ↓ 25%, forecast accuracy ±10%.
• Implement OMS/WMS (Shopify‑integrated), barcode scanning, lot/expiry tracking.
• SOPs for QA, returns/refunds, incident management; weekly ops dashboard live.

What you’ll do

• Run S&OP with Finance & Growth inputs; set capacity & inventory plans.
• Select/drive 3PL & last‑mile to SLAs; reduce damages/leakage.
• Improve packaging, kitting, reverse logistics.
• Build the Customer Support playbook (FRT < 2h, resolution < 24h).

Must‑haves

• E‑commerce operations leadership (3PL, OMS/WMS, SLAs, dashboards).
• Data‑driven; fixes root causes, not symptoms.
• GCC logistics familiarity; cosmetics exposure a plus (FEFO, lot/expiry).

Compensation & benefits

• Full‑time base: AED 14,000–18,000
• Visa, health insurance, annual leave per UAE law.
