About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and improve our day-to-day business operations, manage cross-functional teams, and streamline processes across accounts, store, dispatch, sales coordination, and telecalling units. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and execution-focused with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across departments: accounts, sales, stores, dispatch, tele-calling, and procurement.

Monitor and improve internal processes using ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Alliance Book ERP).

Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each department.

Track KPIs for team members and ensure performance accountability.

Coordinate with sales and tele-calling teams to improve lead conversion and customer follow-up.

Manage inventory flow, dispatch planning, and order fulfillment timelines.

Report to the MD/JMD on business performance, operational bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.

Support recruitment, training, and HR coordination.

Liaise with vendors, logistics, and support functions to ensure smooth operations.

KPIs to Drive:

On-time order dispatch rate

Inventory accuracy

Telecalling conversion rate

Daily and monthly reporting accuracy

ERP data compliance and utilization

Cross-team coordination efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields)

5–8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (manufacturing/trading industry preferred)

Experience using ERP systems (Alliance Book ERP a plus)

Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Knowledge of industrial packing materials industry or B2B supply chain

Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, WhatsApp API is a plus
