Key Responsibilities

  • Production Management: Plan, schedule, and direct daily baking operations; manage workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor bakers and staff; foster a positive, productive culture.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce food safety, hygiene (HACCP/GMP), and quality standards (taste, presentation, consistency) for all products.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage ingredient stock, order supplies, minimize waste, and control costs.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control labor/inventory costs, and analyze sales to ensure profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement new techniques, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, and company policies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of bakery production, machinery, and food safety.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced, demanding environment, potentially requiring weekend/late shifts.
  • Experience in food & beverage management, often with a relevant degree or diploma.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
