We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field.

4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or agency management (creative or marketing agencies preferred).

Strong understanding of workflows in design, marketing, production, and development teams.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools.

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
