Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, improving processes, managing teams, and ensuring that company goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Plan, implement, and improve operational processes and workflows
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, budgets, and manpower
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives
  • Handle vendor management and supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
  • Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives

Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant certification is an advantage

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations or a related role
