We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations related to General Trading activities.
• Manage operations involving Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen Products, Poultry, Meat, Chicken, and related products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth in the UAE market.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, product quality, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution professionally.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Trading within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen Products, Poultry, Meat, Chicken, and related trading operations.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and distribution channels.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
