Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee construction operations, manage resources efficiently, and ensure successful project execution within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent financial management capabilities, and extensive UAE construction industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction operations and resource allocation.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and financial planning.
• Ensure cost efficiency and operational excellence across projects.
• Lead and coordinate with project teams and other departments.
• Identify and mitigate operational and project risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support business development and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Drive employee performance, productivity, and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Construction Management Certifications preferred
• 8–10 years of total experience in construction operations
• 5–10 years of UAE construction industry experience required
