The Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the company while driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role combines operational oversight with direct involvement in client relations, sales management, and business development. The position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure both operational efficiency and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor resource allocation, budgets, and inventory to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate between departments (finance, HR, logistics, etc.) to support overall business goals.
  • Track performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular operational and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate staff to ensure high performance and accountability.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and/or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
