Operation Manager-civil

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong civil engineering background to oversee and streamline our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely project execution.

Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety norms.

Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control.

Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and site management.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
