HEISCO is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with a specialization in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) oil and gas construction . This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all facets of our E&I operations, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic operational plans to align with company goals.
• Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and managing resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring and leading project teams to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in E&I operations management within the oil and gas industry.
