About Us:
The Gryd is seeking an Operation Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and support staff. This role ensures the coworking and library space functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage housekeeping, IT support, and facility maintenance.

● Implement SOPs and daily checklists.

● Coordinate vendors and on-call staff.

● Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth functioning of all operations.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business/Administration or related field.

● 4–6 years of experience in operations management.

● Strong organizational and leadership skills.

● Basic knowledge of facility and IT systems.
