OPERATION MANAGER FOR CLEANING & HOSPITALITY

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning and Hospitality Operation Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our cleaning and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, and smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise cleaning and hospitality staff across multiple sites.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily cleaning and hospitality operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor staff performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning/hospitality supplies.
  • Prepare reports and communicate with senior management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a large, diverse workforce.
  • Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to handle operational challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
