We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business. This role involves supervising a large field team, ensuring contract delivery, maintaining service quality, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage supervisors, drivers, and cleaners across multiple locations
  • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contracts
  • Handle client acquisition, retention, and complaint resolution
  • Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, and training
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met on all job sites
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics of cleaning supplies
  • Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements
  • Generate performance and compliance reports for management

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in cleaning/facilities management (UAE/GCC preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and service protocols
  • Fluent in English ,strong reporting skills
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred mandatory
  • Strong client-facing and communication abilities
