We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business. This role involves supervising a large field team, ensuring contract delivery, maintaining service quality, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage supervisors, drivers, and cleaners across multiple locations
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contracts
- Handle client acquisition, retention, and complaint resolution
- Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, and training
- Ensure health and safety standards are met on all job sites
- Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics of cleaning supplies
- Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements
- Generate performance and compliance reports for management
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in cleaning/facilities management (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills
- Good knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and service protocols
- Fluent in English ,strong reporting skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred mandatory
- Strong client-facing and communication abilities
