Operation Manager Interior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager – Interior to oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, vendor coordination, site supervision, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee complete lifecycle of interior projects from design handover to final delivery.
• Prepare project timelines, work schedules, and execution plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timeline and budget.

2. Site Management

• Supervise multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Conduct regular site visits and review progress.
• Ensure quality standards and safety norms are maintained.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
• Finalize BOQs and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Monitor material procurement and inventory.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and track expenses.
• Control wastage and optimize material usage.
• Ensure profitability of projects.

5. Client Coordination

• Act as a bridge between design team and clients.
• Provide regular project updates to clients.
• Handle escalations and resolve site-level issues.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead site supervisors and project coordinators.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Train and guide junior team members.

7. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct final inspection before handover.
• Maintain documentation and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
