Operation Manager (International Projects)

LimeLite Entertainment and Marketing Solutions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and supervise global operational activities. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless delivery of international exhibitions, event setups, and marketing projects, with particular emphasis on exhibition booth construction and stand fabrication. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and overseas partners to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operational functions for international assignments.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns efficiently.
• Oversee exhibition booth production and stand construction, ensuring high standards of quality and on-time completion.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, logistics providers, and internal departments to streamline operations.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, schedules, and resource planning.
• Track budgets, manage expenses, and contribute to financial reporting processes.
• Prepare regular progress updates and operational reports for management review.
• Identify process gaps and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all projects comply with company guidelines and meet international client expectations.
• Assist leadership in optimizing workflows and improving operational systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
• Practical experience in exhibition booth setup and stand fabrication is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related operational software tools.
• Capable of handling high-pressure environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mandatory exposure to international project operations.
