Operation Manager (Luxury Furniture)

The Operations Manager will lead and optimize day-to-day operations across showrooms, sales, warehouses (internal & external), logistics and support services. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of products and services, maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards, coordinate with Sales & Marketing for events, and drive operational KPIs that support business growth in the luxury furniture segment.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Prepare short-term (6 months) and long-term (over 1 year) development plans, clearly outlining operational and sales goals and implementation steps.

2.Monitor actual performance against approved plans, analyze deviations and causes, and propose corrective actions.

3.Develop and implement an annual calendar of events and seasons in coordination with the Marketing Department, ensuring timely activation.

4.Apply operational, safety, and quality policies and procedures related to showroom, warehouse, and delivery operations.

5.Ensure employee compliance with occupational, health, and professional standards in coordination with the HR Department.

6.Manage warehouse and support service operations and evaluate performance using approved assessment models.

7.Train sales teams on professional sales techniques and highlight the competitive advantages of Line’s products versus market competitors.

8.Ensure sufficient stock availability at the showroom, monitor consumption, manage damaged items per policy, and submit monthly reports.

9.Track market trends and customer demands, and propose new product ideas for executive management approval.

10.Monitor costs, quality, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency while analysing local competition

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations and/or sales within the fashion, luxury furniture, retail or related industries.
• Proven experience managing showrooms, warehouses and delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems — Odoo proficiency preferred.
