Operation Manager With Eye clinic experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager with a strong background in eye clinics in UAE to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our ophthalmic practice, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise in eye care operations will be instrumental in driving performance, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the eye clinic, ensuring optimal patient flow and operational efficiency
  • Supervise and mentor clinic staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational workflows and patient care processes
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure alignment in operational procedures and patient treatment protocols
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement in patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for a smooth operational flow
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as accreditation standards
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management, including cost analysis and revenue optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eye care operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within an eye clinic or healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of ophthalmic practices and eye care operations
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient and staff engagement
  • Proficient in using clinic management software and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for operational improvements
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
