Responsibilities of Operation Manager

 Check and allocate inquires to team to make quotations.

 Ensure checking of the quotation before submission.

 Coordinate with clients in case of any query or gather necessary information for

accurate quotations.

 Monitor and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency.

 Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their queries and concerns.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

 Essential in coordinating the movement of goods, vehicles, and personnel,

ensuring optimal efficiency in logistics operations

 By effectively monitoring dispatch operations, this role fosters teamwork,

streamlines processes, and contributes to meeting and exceeding company

objectives.

 Collaborates with warehouse staff, customers, and senior management to

coordinate schedules and resolve logistical issues.

 Train team members to perform better by regular performance review and

feedback.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

 5 years plus of experience in operations, out of that at lest three years in industrial

product

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Attention to detail and accuracy in preparation of quotations.

 Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
