Operation or Project Manager

Currently, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This role is crucial in aligning teams, optimizing workflows, and supporting the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities of the agency

* Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows

* Coordinate between creative, production, marketing, and client servicing teams

* Ensure timely execution of projects, deliverables, and internal deadlines

* Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and operational efficiency

* Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement

* Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and administrative functions

* Support leadership with planning, reporting, and performance tracking

* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in operations, project management, or agency management

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

* Leadership and team management capabilities

* Familiarity with workflow tools, reporting systems, and productivity tracking

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
