Job Title: Sales/Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Operation Coordinator with minimum 1 year of experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating daily operations, managing project schedules, and handling client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day team activities
  • Coordinate job schedules, work planning, and project timelines
  • Prepare and issue quotations for clients
  • Handle client calls, inquiries, and customer interactions
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations and ongoing projects
  • Support the sales team with documentation and administrative tasks
  • Maintain project tracking sheets and operational reports
  • Coordinate with procurement, site teams, and suppliers when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Experience in preparing quotations is an advantage
  • Strong coordination and team monitoring skills
