Operation Specialist

Position: MCN Operations Specialist
Location: Dubai

Requirements:

• Open to both male and female, 20–29 years old
• Professional appearance and presentable image
• English as the main working language (required)
• Second language is a plus:
• Mandarin, or
• Arabic (native speakers preferred)
• Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
• Experience in MCN, influencer management, or content/creator operations is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing creators, influencers, and streamers with content scheduling and daily operations
• Monitor creators’ performance and help improve content quality & audience engagement
• Coordinate communication with partners and creators on content direction and task execution
• Conduct data analysis (views, engagement rate, growth, etc.) and suggest improvement strategies
• Support the department with assigned tasks and ongoing projects
• Track trending topics and provide creative ideas for content optimization
