Operation Supervisor

We are hiring an Operations Supervisor for our company, Seven Riders Delivery Services, located in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily delivery operations, managing rider attendance, and coordinating with garages for maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily rider operations and shift schedules
• Handle onboarding, training, and rider documentation
• Coordinate with garages for maintenance and repairs
• Monitor attendance, break times, and shift performance
• Ensure smooth daily execution of deliveries and operational reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in delivery or logistics operations
• Strong communication and supervision skills
• Familiarity with delivery platforms and basic fleet coordination
• Based in UAE (Sharjah preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
