Operation Supervisor

Job Description – Operations Supervisor Role Purpose The Operations Supervisor oversees daily execution of Clear View’s window cleaning services, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and timely delivery. The role supervises field teams, coordinates routes, handles client requests, enforces discipline, and maintains safety and compliance standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily job schedules and routes for cleaning teams.
- Monitor field operations to ensure punctuality and quality.
- Conduct unannounced inspections at client sites.
- Supervise staff attendance, behaviour, and performance.
- Respond to client requests, complaints, and urgent issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation: attendance, job sheets, reports.
- Coordinate equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of operations coordination or supervision (cleaning, logistics, or maintenance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Doha’s commercial areas.
- Valid Qatar driving licence (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English; Arabic advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability
