  • Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with company standards and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Work with management to develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Facility Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Operations Occupation: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
