Operation Supervisor (MEP - Technical Works)

We are looking for an Operation Supervisor for Technical Works (MEP):

• Has knowledge in MEP/ Technical Works.
• Has knowledge in HVAC / AC installation, Repair and Maintenance.
• Managing and leading a team of technical staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to optimize workflows.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Immediate joiners currently based in Dubai UAE are required. Applicants residing outside Dubai will not be entertained.
