Operation Support Assistant (Shift Leader)

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leaders to manage the full operations of a single dark store.

📍 Candidates must be based in the UAE.

⏱️ Immediate joiners preferred.

🔹 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supported daily store operations, including inbound and outbound activities, quality checks, stock cycle counts, and end-to-end order processing (Pick-Pack-Ship).
• Assist the Store Supervisor in team supervision, leading the Pickers by providing hands-on guidance, on-the-job training, and operational support.
• Reinforced adherence to operational standards, including proper use of tools, packaging protocols, and ground-level SOPs.
• Encouraged team collaboration and open communication, promoting alignment between shifts and ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in operations or warehouse, preferably in Q-commerce, Dark store, retail, or FMCG
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, order fulfilment, and cycle counting.
• Team supervision or leadership exposure, such as leading small teams of pickers.
• Flexibility in work location.
• Physically fit to pick and move items across the store.
