Operation Team leader

Job Description:

1.Operational Oversight & Planning:- Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating inbound, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:- Lead, assign, and monitor the performance of delivery agents and operations staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. Shipment Control & Compliance
Oversee shipment flow, scanning accuracy, returns, and reconciliation to prevent pending, missing, or misrouted shipments, and ensure adherence to operational standards.

4. Issue Resolution & Reporting
Handle operational issues, delays, and escalations, and prepare daily performance reports on KPIs such as delivery success rate, pending shipments, and exceptions for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
