Bliss Natural is a fast-growing Eco-friendly and Natural Product Manufacturing Company based in Coimbatore.
We produce biodegradable women’s hygiene and personal care products focused on sustainability and wellness.

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Operations Trainee/Executive to support daily operations, production coordination, and logistics activities.

Role Overview:

The Operations Trainee/Executive will assist in managing production activities, inventory control, logistics coordination, quality checks, and daily operations across different departments.
This role offers strong learning opportunities and growth in the operations domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations across production and warehouse.
• Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory records, and material movement.
• Support in quality checks, documentation, and process compliance.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update dashboards/sheets.
• Assist the operations manager with scheduling, team coordination, and task follow-ups.
• Ensure timely dispatches and proper documentation in logistics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any degree/diploma (preferred: BBA, BCom, BE, BSc, MBA).
• 0–1 year experience in operations/production/logistics (freshers welcome).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive situations.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Must be willing to work on-site at Coimbatore.
