Operational Contract Support Integration Cell (OCSIC) Analyst

Location: Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait

Travel: 100% OCONUS Deployment

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced acquisition and operational contract support professionals to support Special Operations Forces within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility. This role supports a Joint Task Force J7 Operational Contract Support Integration Cell providing contingency contracting and operational contract support planning in a forward-deployed environment.

This is a high-tempo position requiring experienced professionals who can operate independently within a joint military and interagency setting.

Compensation

Compensation includes competitive base salary, company-paid Defense Base Act coverage, health benefits, 401(k), and deployment support. Travel, lodging, and in-theater support are provided.

Salary is commensurate with experience, acquisition certification level, and contingency contracting background.

Work Schedule

• 72-hour workweek
• Core hours 0800–2000, Monday through Saturday
• OCONUS deployment environment

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen Active Secret clearance required at start
• Minimum four years acquisition or logistics experience
• Experience supporting DoD contingency contracting environments
• Experience drafting or reviewing PWS, SOW, IGCEs, and justification documentation
• Experience supporting requirements development and coordination boards
• Ability to deploy OCONUS and relocate within 24 hours if required

Preferred Certifications

• DAWIA Level II
• FAC-C Level II
• APDP Level II
• CFCM or CPCM

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate operational contract support requirements packages
• Submit contract documentation into appropriate approval boards
• Track contracts from development through closeout
• Coordinate with contracting offices, funding offices, and logistics personnel
• Maintain required reporting and deliverables
• Provide briefings to senior military leadership

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a GS-1102, Contract Specialist, Contracting Officer, or contingency contracting professional
• Experience supporting SOF, CENTCOM, or USSOCOM missions
• Strong understanding of Joint Publication 4-10 Operational Contract Support
• Ability to operate effectively in a deployed environment
