Operational Excellence Manager

Requirements:

1. Tracking production plan vs actual.
2. Tracking planning – material, process, quality & FG
3. Monitoring production & coordination with the planning department for FG supply
4. Monitoring entire throughput operations & preparing analytics for management committee insights.
5. Support stakeholders in regards to production plan & process as well as production issues while working on-line
6. Prepare data related to entire plant operation – in-process production, raw-material, budget vs actual, costing, packaging & supply chain.
7. Prepare monthly MIS for management committee
8. Participate in various forums & seek the data & its action plan.

Qualifications:

1. Experience – up to 3 years
2. Education – B.Tech in dairy technology
3. At least 1-2 years of experience in operational excellence
