We are seeking a Contract Manufacturing & Operational Excellence Specialist to be based at our Gebze Production Facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering (preferred),

• Preferably, experience in at least one of the following areas: contract manufacturing processes or operational excellence,

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken,

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills,

• Team-oriented, with strong analytical abilities, solution-focused, and results-driven,

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contribute to strategic planning by overseeing and supporting production processes,

• Conduct KPI measurements and prepare performance reports,

• Actively participate in or lead process improvement projects,

• Manage and track contract execution,

• Support quotation and feasibility studies,

• Ensure effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
