Location: IMT Bawal, Sector-09, Plot No. 09, Rewari, Haryana

CTC: ₹1.20 LPA – ₹1.50 LPA (Can be revised as per company structure)Position Summary

The Tool Room Head is responsible for complete management of tool room operations including design, development, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and sheet metal press tools.

The role ensures uninterrupted production support, minimum downtime, optimal tool life, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and development of new dies, molds, jigs & fixtures
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of press tools
• Modification and improvement of existing tools
• Tool life monitoring, analysis, and control
• Managing production support activities
• Leading and supervising tool room team members
• Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Coordination with production and design departments

Technical Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of:

• Progressive Dies
• Compound Dies
• Transfer Dies
• CNC / VMC machining
• Tool steel materials
• Heat treatment processes
• Sheet metal press tool manufacturing

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

OR

• Tool & Die Making Certification

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in sheet metal press tool manufacturing
• Prior leadership experience in tool room management preferred
