We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager cum HR to handle both the operational and human resource functions of our organization. The role requires a versatile professional capable of managing day-to-day business operations while supporting and developing our team to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Oversee production, procurement, and supply chain activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Prepare performance and progress reports to track productivity and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor project timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Human Resource Management:
- Conduct orientation, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Maintain HR documentation, attendance records, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies that promote a healthy work environment and compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and professionally.
- Plan employee engagement activities and retention strategies to improve job satisfaction and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in operations and HR management roles.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
